In Engage, Wrath is a Sync Skill unique to Emblem Ike that can be inherited if a unit deepens their bond level with Ike, and spends SP to acquire it.ġ7 February 2016 Stats Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War Name Wrath can be learned by mastering the Warrior class.įire Emblem Engage adjusts the way Wrath functions, with the user gaining Crit+1 for each point of HP the user has lost, up to a maximum of 30 Crit. A variation called Battalion Wrath has the same effect, but activates when the character's Battalion's HP is 1/3 or below. In Fire Emblem: Three Houses, the Wrath skill returns to how it was in Path of Radiance, with one change that it only works on Enemy Phase. It can be used without inheritance by Astram, Byleth (Proven Professor), Karla, Nephenee, Osian, Owain, Rinkah, Shannan, and Sothis, amongst others. Only melee Infantry and Armored units are capable of using Wrath. In Fire Emblem Heroes, Wrath affects the character's special moves - when the character is below 25/50/75% of their Max HP (depending on level of the skill), it will charge their special by 1 at the beginning of each turn, and it will also cause their special to deal 10 extra damage (which stacks with Wo Dao and similar effects). It is also much less potent, only boosting Critical hit rate by 20%. In Fire Emblem Awakening, Wrath is once again the class skill of Berserkers, and once again activates on 50% HP. In Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, the Wrath skill has become more dangerous to utilize, as the user needs to have at least 30% or less of their maximum HP to activate it. In a way, this incarnation of Wrath is similar to Vengeance skill introduced later in the main series. Instead it has a chace to activate whenever a character takes damage, the more damage taken, the greater the chance, and if it activates, the character immediately counterattacks (if able) with double accuracy and a damage increase equal to damage taken from the blow that triggered the skill. In TearRing Saga: Berwick Saga, the skill is very different, as it does not require the user to be at low HP, nor does it boost Critical rate. As this skill does not necessarily guarantee a critical attack, it is thus less useful than its predecessor counterparts in the earlier games. In this case, when the user's HP is less than half, their critical rates will be instantly increased by 50%. In Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, the Wrath skill is returned to being purely HP-based. It does not specifically require the character to be at low HP, instead constantly boosting character's Critical rate by percentage of their HP missing.

This skill is known as Life or Death (死生の技, Shisei no waza) in TearRing Saga: Utna Heroes Saga. It is the Class Skill of the Enemy-Only Berserker class. In order to activate Wrath, the character must be attacked in combat first, meaning when combined with Vantage, Wrath will only trigger on the follow-up. Instead of being constantly active when the character is at less than half of their maximum HP, the skill will only trigger during defending battles. In Fire Emblem: Thracia 776, the effect of this skill is altered. The original implementation of Wrath is in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, where users will be able to perform Critical hits without fail, as long as their HP is less than half. 2.1 Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.
